A member of a top secret experimental group, Powers finds that is invention has been transformed into a powerful anti-terrorist weapon. One invention that, in the wrong hands, could create world havoc and great wealth for a select few.
Following his intuition and lovely Beryl Chambers (Leigh Taylor-Young), Powers threads together a plot of mislaid motivations, money and murder. But accidents will happen and it looks as if his is already planned!
